Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Open for Agents website and software provided by Enoki Limited.

2. What You Receive

The free version is distributed as GPL-licensed software. For future Pro plans, you purchase a renewable license key delivered digitally.

3. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Pro licenses are planned as annual subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

For paid subscriptions, we plan a 14-day refund period from the initial purchase date, subject to anti-abuse checks.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law,Enoki Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product and commercial model evolves. Updated terms are effective when published.
