Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Open for Agents website, public tools, demos, and software provided by Enoki Limited of New Zealand. By using those services, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Services Covered

The website provides product information, documentation, public research, contact and update forms, and a website Visibility Check. It may also provide an Agent Readiness Assessment request form, a reviewed directory, live demonstrations, and the Any-Web controlled preview. Open for Agents Core for WordPress is distributed under the GPL. Open for Agents for Shopify is installed through Shopify and is also subject to the applicable Shopify platform terms.

Open for Agents Assistant and its hosted service are currently limited to the official demos and approved deployments. They are not offered as a general public download or self-service subscription.

3. Connected AI Apps

A compatible AI app can connect to the hosted, read-only Website Visibility Check after you sign in and approve the request. You are responsible for reviewing the requesting app and for the prompts you ask it to send. The connection can request selected public website pages and files; it does not authorize access to private pages, website accounts, WordPress administration, Trusted Actions or the visitor Assistant.

You may deny a new connection or ask us for help revoking one. We may restrict or suspend a connection that is abusive, unlawful, unsafe or imposes an unreasonable load.

4. Agent Readiness Assessments

When the request page is available, an authorized WordPress site owner, or an agency acting with that authority, can request a one-site assessment. Sending the form is not a purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. We generate and review the report before asking you to pay for its release. The fee, delivery format and any correction or follow-up details are confirmed in writing before payment.

The assessment compares the intended state, published WordPress evidence, and selected external HTTP observations. It does not include automatic website changes and does not guarantee security, search inclusion, AI citations, recommendations, traffic or compatibility with every agent.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the public website, documented interfaces, demos, and tools for their intended purposes. You may not use them to violate law, infringe another person's rights, submit unlawful or harmful material, bypass access controls, probe for secrets, disrupt the service, impose an unreasonable load, or attempt unauthorized access to a website, account, system, or data.

Automated clients must respect published access rules, documented limits, and the authority of each website they contact. A published tool or private_full output does not by itself authorize an operation. The client still needs the required identity, permission, and human approval for that operation.

6. Information and Interactive Results

Visibility reports, directory checks, Assistant answers, citations, demonstrations, and research notes are informational. They can be incomplete, unavailable, or become outdated as websites and emerging protocols change. Check important information against the linked source and use your own judgement before acting on it.

The Visibility Check reads selected public signals; it does not guarantee search inclusion, citation by an AI service, compatibility with every agent, or the security of a website. The Any-Web preview is read-only. The WordPress demo does not place orders, take payment, or change accounts.

7. Directory Submissions

If you submit a site for directory review, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You allow us to check the submitted public URLs and, if accepted, publish the site name, URL, selected categories, declared capabilities, and public check results. We may reject, correct, or remove a listing to keep the directory useful or respond to the site operator.

8. Agent Readiness Assessment Requests

If you request an assessment, you confirm that the submitted information is accurate, that you own the named public site or are authorized to act for its owner, and that we may perform the described read-only public checks. Do not submit credentials, private client data or access to a WordPress administration area through the website form.

9. Software, Content, and Trade Marks

Open-source software remains subject to the licence supplied with that software. Unless another licence is stated, the website's writing, design, media, and branding remain owned by Enoki Limited or their respective owners. The Open for Agents name and marks are governed by our Trademark Policy.

10. Availability, Disclaimer, and Liability

The services and software are provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or withdraw a preview, demo, or public tool, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enoki Limited excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the services or software.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law.

11. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms as the product and commercial model evolves. Updated terms apply from the date shown above. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
